At NI Candle Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance oils and candle-making components; however, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Ensure all items are securely packed in their original, unopened containers to prevent leakage or damage during transit; items that have been used or tampered with cannot be accepted.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our main distribution warehouse in Northern Ireland.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
